Any interest at all? Loads of views but no comments? Do I need to split it to get some takers? Feel free to email me your offers!

Simon_

I'd be interested in some of the hops but I'd be a bit concerned about how old they are. Are they still as potent after a few years? How have you stored them? Pellets or leaf?

Where in Dublin are you based?

Padraic

Based in Dublin 1, but we can work something out I'm sure if that's not convenient for you!

All hops are whole leaf and have been vacuum packed. Stored cool but not cold. (i.e. not in a fridge)

From a potency point of view, most of the sciences says that you need 10-15% extra hops for bitterness if hops are 1 year old, and a bit more if the hops are 2 years old. As these are all aroma hops they are not really for bitterness but the big boys who fund the studies don't make nice IPA's and the likes so I'm not sure how those oils are effected, but I guess that a similar inclusion of 10-15% extra should do. Someone else might be able to answer this question better than me?

Padraic

Seeing as no one wants the lot, I'm happy to split this up, the prices next to the grain is what I paid so make your offers accordingly...

The hops I amnt really sure about so will listen to any decent offers..
