Brewed this a about 2 ago. Tapped it the other day and am really happy with the results.

North German Altbier
Batch size : 23L
OG 1.054
IBU 39
5.1% ABV

2.50 kg Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 EBC) Grain 1 41.8 %
2.50 kg Vienna Malt (6.9 EBC) Grain 2 41.8 %
0.30 kg Caramunich Malt (110.3 EBC) Grain 3 5.0 %
0.25 kg Special B Malt (354.6 EBC) Grain 4 4.2 %
0.23 kg Biscuit Malt (45.3 EBC) Grain 5 3.8 %
0.20 kg Amber Malt (56.0 EBC) Grain 6 3.3 %

20.00 g Magnum [17.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 7 34.7 IBUs
30.00 g Saaz [3.75 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 8 4.2 IBUs

Yeast WLP-036

Pours a lovely amber / copper. Nice showcase for malt with right amount of bittering so not to make it over sweet.
