Yep - there're places left for entries.

Nope we're no expecting/requiring spectators. It wouldn't be too exciting!

Folks I would encourage as many entries from all parts of the country, I'm helping the lads get your entries to Belfast so wherever you are just speak to your local rep and drop it off ASAP of if you don't have one PM me.
We want these guys to get as many entries as possible as its the dry run for the first leg of the Nationals :)

How can we pay for entries? £5 notes aren't all that common down here

Brewed a Bitter yesterday. Will probably enter it, just waiting to see how it turns out.

Will keep you posted on this. Have a few ideas to make it easy for entrants so will update ASAP.

Would an English IPA qualify for this?

Without tasting the beer would be hard to say for sure but I'd imagine that it would stand a good chance if entered as a Best or Strong Bitter.

Have a careful look at the guidelines (Page 20 - 21) and see if it would fit into either category.

€5 can also be used for the entry fee.

As mentioned at our meeting tonight I am happy to collect the North County brews!
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

Where are you based? A few Dublin clubs are acting as Drop-points for the comp.
