just to add ....i have one on the way from china but wanted to see if one would work with a display chiller i picked up (freecycle) to try to build a temp controled chamber .....its a bit over kill but you work with what you got lol

I think I have an emergency standby one, you can take it and replace when yours arrives or just take it to test ur set up no probs

thanks ab , the gave me a est delivery date of 27 of december , and in the words of sweet gorgia brown "aint nobody got time for that" im going to order 2 more because the price was great compaired to uk prices but the wait is a killer . i will just have to check the ampage of the chiller , better safe than sorry , next one is for my super efficent freezor , runs at off or way below -30 ......

Cool, I use a chest freezer myself with an stc, also have another for fermentation temps control. Anyway I work city centre so can bring it I to work if you need it.

hey ray i got them off ebay , £6.70 each with free shipping ,roughly €9ish from hong kong im ordering another 2 so we could get a discount , cheepest from uk was about €19 wont be ordering until next week as im hopeing to get a stone roses ticket friday

I have one of these that I am not using. One element in one of the digits never worked, but you can still tell the temp, just not after a feed of pints.

Although it may take longer to get from Cork to Clon, than from China to Clon...

thanks john that would be perfect , shur i wouldnt be able to read it anyway , so you are saying that its easyer to read without a feed of pints ? intresting .......i will have to try that some time lol
im hopeing to make it into town soon, health permiting. i'll give myself a good wash down with starsan first so you dont catch anything from me lol.
