[Update on the date]

So on Sunday May 29th the Old Boro are hosting a "Craft Event" in the car park and beer terrace at front of house. Local crafts peoples will be there with stalls to sell their wares, the OB are just charging them a "pitch price". I have been asked if we can supply some craft beer samplers (for free naturally) to the public and the craft peeps.

Its all in aid of the OB's Larua Lyn Charity fundraiser. I have been thinking we as th eNCB should help this and so this is a way to do it.

We just need a few kegs of Ale/IPA/Stout/Cider to give away to the locals!

We will talk more tomorrow night

So it was suggested at the last meeting in Fowlers that we move the comp. judging to the Sunday morning. This is agreat idea as

1. It only needs 1 day committment.

2. We have some beers to taste and enjoy after the judging.

So far we have about 15 entry with a few more to come (me for example)

So please up date this thread if you are able to man the stand.

I will be starting a separate tgread for judges/stewards etc for the comp.

We will need to get a plan together for getting the kegs to and from the venue as well.  Not going to be driving so transporting it is going to be a slight issue.

We might actually have enough in all the bottles and it could be a lot less complicated perhaps?

Just a cross post from the comp thread:

James' entries (4 crates) delivered to Boro on Saturday.

All logistic requirements for Sunday Comp and the Craft gig will be in my Renault ( like plastic cups, pencils paper, beer cooler, gas and taps etc ) and parked up overnight in the Boro.

For the craft gig if any one wants to drop a corny off, Saturday is the day to do it!
