Weldless Spigot

I couldn't find any info on the search. Anyone know where I can get a couple of weldless spigots for a kettle conversion? I can only find one and its brass and costs a fortune fon the states.

Close, yeah. I'm going to drill a hole in my 30L pot and install a tap. Without having to weld anything.

That sounds exactly like what I'm looking for. I just assumed it would be one set. Do you have anything attached to the inside end of that bulkhead?

I've a male camlock going into the ball valve, then a full 1/2" nipple joining the valve and bulkhead then a female 3/8" hose barb on the end. All I need is to build the rest of my kettle and I'll be sorted.

Great stuff lads. I think I'll go with bridgewater. Their stuff seem well made and decently priced. I'm thinking of going with the camlock idea for ease of removing connections.

From an engineering perspective try opt for full bore valves and fittings, there's no point in ordering 1/2" valves and connecting it to a 3/8"  hose barb, or if your valves are not full bore it will have the same impact - you've effectively converted your 1/2" fittings into a 3/8"  flowrate ( you may as well buy 3/8" fittings as they will be cheaper) It probably won't matter so much for solar pumps but will make a difference if you plan on upgrading to Chuggers later, as they could cause starvation issues for the pump.
