Anyone got a paddle i can borrow to use as a template?
what I'll do is cut a rough template with a jigsaw, slightly bigger than the orignal.
Strap the rough paddle to the original.
Then use a router with a flush bit to go around the edges of the rough paddle using the original as a guide if ya get me. Thus making the exact shape of the orig paddle.
I could tidy up the square edges with the router too.
Quick sand and bobs your uncle.
It wouldn't have the hop shaped holes though.
No paddles will be harmed in the making of this.

I reckon I can knock these out quick enough for very little (the price of the wood) - then I would need to get them printed. But if it takes too long - it might be better to buy a job lot.
What wood are they usually made from?
Anyone know anywhere we could get them printed or engraved for cheap?
