Got to scratch an itch last Friday, one that hasnt been scratched since last June!
Heres a few pics of the day.

Note - I bought 5kg Crushed Hook Head Pale instead of Whole from HBC - look at all the flour left over after the mash and sparge, thank god we used out hulls.

Snap I just bought that exact vacuum sealer last week

It was my first time ever using one, just bagging up the hops for the dry hop addition(s). Piece of p*ss to use and seemed to seal and vacuum perfectly.

Looks like a great brew day guys! Out of curiosity, the water additions in the first image (glasses beside the scale),
were these for 'Petes Halloween Nightmare' or the NEIPA?

Both, they were both NEIPA's
