Not sure if i did something wrong.  I paid 106.53 through PayPal,  but didn't get charged any fees.  Did i select the wrong thing and cause fees to be collected from the nhc side?

Yep you didn't pay the fee. You need to select the option below. Seeing as you didnt' pay the fee you'll need to do the same thing again and pay the fee of 3.75. This will mean you'll additionally get charged another fee for this specific transaction. Make sense?

Too late now but if that happens again get the person to refund you and send the payment again to avoid double fees.
