So what will be in your glass over Christmas?

So anyone got anything strange or rare put away that they will be sipping over the Christmas?
I've a few sours with a few years on them I may pop plus a Westy 12 or 2. That has become my Christmas dinner beer the last few years. The brick is really coming good now.
I like to have a few other Belgians on hand.
Normally have some O'Hara's Leann Folláin as well.

I've a Franwell Jameson barell aged Stout thats been gathering dust for the last 2 years. Think I'll pop that, maybe on Stephens Day.
