Getting a stainless steel fermenter, most likely a SS brewtech one, but then I saw this http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=2458 I only do 25L batches though.

Only trouble is I also have a numbered rare bottle of Jack Daniels that was brought directly from Tennessee and every time I think of opening it,it kind of looks at me to say that its not a special occasion so just have the regular stuff now.

Last time I used my with recirculation it got about 26 liters from boiling to 20 degrees in 9 minutes.
