I'm up for this. I've can't seem to find an example available commercially, so I guess it's time to brew my own anyway!

I'm hoping to get some cans of various Trillium beers in the next couple of weeks, from a contact coming over from the US, so will give you a shout to pop in and try them.

As if on cue, Cloudwater beers have landed in Dublin.
They've done some of the best and most faithful versions of NEIPA on this side of the Atlantic.

IPA Vic Secret Wai-Iti and DIPA v11 are here; technique + ingredients-wise, they're on point for the style:


Fresh, too (which matters particularly for NEIPA); Feb 1st canning date on the IPA, Jan 17th for the DIPA.

I'll bring some down tomorrow, but you should get you're own!

I bought the exact same beers today (along with their session IPA). Couldnt believe when I saw these in my local offie (Matson's in Grange, Cork).

Picked a few today and what I've tried of them so far really good.
Light bittering Ann late fruit. Not a murky as I was expecting. Really nice beers.
V11 was my personal favourite.
