Following on from the previous thread.

The jist is simple: around 10 people, organised in groups of 2s and 3s, put €10k each person into a pot, which is then used to buy a microbrewery. Not a brewing business, just a microbrewery, i.e. the equipment.

Then time is allocated weekly to each group on the equipment to do what they like. They must finish their time and leave everything as they got it.

Think of it as an incubation project facilitated by time-share. If your own business is successful and you outgrow your slot, talk to one of the other groups about buying their slot. Or sell your slot and move to a bigger arrangement.
