Hi all,

Have done a double IPA .
OG 1070
FG 1014

Four weeks in Fv
Cold crashed
Batched primed 15 litres with 90 grams.

Hot box 10 days 22 degrees

Seems to be fully carbed.

Now the question🙂

What temp and how long should I be conditioning this for?

All opinions will be taken on board with an open mind 🤥

Thanks guys.

Last dipa I did, I was drinking it grain to glass in 4 weeks. You want those hops fresh and a clean ferment should get out if the way of that.

As it aged, it started to become more American Barleywine, again not a bad thing :)
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

I have a double IPA in the fermenter. Its only 4 days in there. Tasted it yesterday and it was gick. I'm really hoping its just wayyyyy to early to be tasting and it will improve no end
