Just wondering what you all think is the best site or shop to buy your home brew stuff from . . .?

It depends what you are after, we have to be independent here and so both offer excellent delivery and product quality. There are more ingredients available from HBC for AG brewers, grain, hops liquid yeast. HBW have better Kit packet yeast and wine selection and have odd bod stuff.
If you ever get a chance visit both shops.

QuoteOne of our competition sponsors the Malt Miller also has an excellent range of stuff and his delivery is quite reasonable even though it's coming from the UK.

Prefer to spend my Mexican Dollars in Mexico, UK beer forum very Anti Mexican Sellers :(

Can't find the posts now but I went rushing to defence of HBC over a couple of nasty digs from jimp2003 in favour on The Malt Miller, which kinda put me off them.

The Amarillo Leaf hops I bought from MM arrived promptly and best packed I have seen in the market.

I know Shane HBC and Brian HBW reasonably well I don't know Rob in MM.

I asked a customer of mine recently why does he deal with me?, he told me he says its because he can grab me by the throat when he has a problem :o

Thanks for that .. I mostly buy from them site too like ya's say Depends on your brewing at the time . Just thought I'd ask incase a missing out on some great site.. Maybe I will get into the group buys some time with ya's all if that's ok ...

Quotevery obliging.

HBW and HBC just sell me stuff for Home Brewing :o

I use both HBC and HBW, both offer fantastic delivery -usually next day or day after for about a fiver.

Both have HUGE stocks

IF there was a shop in Dublin it would cost me that in petrol and parking only to find they didn't stock what I wanted.

The range of equipment / ingredients / kits / wine stuff is enormous these days - only by selling online to a customer base measured in the high hundreds or even thousands can you afford to stock everything.

And both the above have walk in shops if you go to see them.
