Im planning my second SMaSH brew.

I have pack of 100g Centennial Hops in my freezer for a while now so planning to use it all instead of suggested Munich/Citra SMaSH.
I will continue experiment with two different yeast.
Its still a bit too warm in my fermentation chamber (under the stairs closet) about 21C... it'll do i guess.

BEST Munich Malt - 5KG

Centennial - 25g - 60min
Centennial - 15g - 15min
Centennial - 20g - 5min
Centennial - 15g - flame out

Centennial - 25g - dry hop

Single infusion 67C
Batch sparge

10L - S05   10L - Nottingham

Not sure if 100g of Centennial is enough for nice and hoppy ale?
Any input is appreciated.

Qs

How much do you boil? I think you may want to double your hop load at least. Do you have another hop you could use for your 60 minute addition.

Impaler

I'd boil 60 min, if that's what you asking?
I just checked my freezer it appears that the unopened bag of  100g is not Centennial is Perle...
That's the hop list I have:
Bravo - 84g
Cascade - 33.5g
Centennial - 70g
Columbus - 7g
Fuggle - 17g
Galena - 50g
Perle - 100g
Willamette - 50g

Qs

Sorry I meant what volume of wort do you boil.

Impaler

I start boil with about 21 liter. By the end of boil it's only 18 L or so left. I then top it up with another few litres of second runnings just to get preboil volume of wort.

So it seems that its not true SMaSH recipe hence thread name change to SMaTH (triple hop) or Leftover hop AIPA.

Munich Malt 5kg

Galena 30g - 60 min
Centennial  20g - 10min
Centennial  20g - 5min
Centennial 30g - flame out

Cascade 33g dry hop

Single infusion mash 67°C
