Hi everyone, I'm looking to brew myself some Low/NA beer ising the parti gyle method when i do my next brew.

Idea came from here https://youtu.be/wPL-42-B5bA

I'll be brewing THIS cold IPA as normal and using the grains again for my Low/NA brew. The problem is I have absolutely no idea what hops to use or amounts. I'm also not sure if it's a good idea to add some lactose to get some extra body.

Any help would be truly appreciated
Thanks, Coilin.

Partigyle is not an easy process to follow as it's very hard to plan as it's unclear what you'll get out of it as it depends what was taken out of the malt the first time around. If it was me I'd add about a 1/3rd of the bittering hops and wing the rest!
