Timescales .. (Rough order of events for every year - but we can fix this if required)
   
    22 - 27 April - Finalise Accounts and prepare summary
    14 - 24 April - Nomination period
    24 - 30 April - Election Period
    27 - 30 April - Accounts Locked
   
    30th May - Handover of accounts to new treasury team
    1st May - Statement of Accounts (Exective Summary) Issued
    1st May - New Membership Available
    1st May - New Positions Active

On the issue of a/c's,often a group buy may be in motion and not complete to meet the deadline. That is not a problem. Year 1 had the epic corney buy followed by the second corney buy and finally the bucket buy.End of year was 31/10/12 and the bucket buy traversed this date.

Well a small change is that the financial year is now going to be May 1st to April 30th and the membership year Jan 1st to December 30th.
