Started around 7:30 today.

1. Water heated to strike temperature (40L)

2. Grains crushed

3. Mash tun ready

4. Mashing started

5. False bottom installed

6. Hops prepared

7. Boil started

8. Chilling

9. Wort collected

10. Blow off installed

Got low efficiency so had to 'rescue' it with 0.75kg of muscavado sugar.
At the end 27l collected (1.089)
Also collected 22.5l from second running, going to use cascade and brew dry american stout.

Nice job Jacob but you might want to cover up the sponsor of your keg otherwise you will get a knock on the door ;)

Not sure what happened to all of them, but have seen on site few converted into the duck-matrix display.

After 6 days blow-off replaced with regular airlock. Not sure if that was the best idea cause it's still bubling like crazy!
Take a look and see how much yeast were blown off over that time.
Just to mention I've used 2l jar ...
