Hi guys, STILL awaiting final invoice and delivery date on this. They've a great catalogue but SHITE cust. service.
I feel really bad for rushing people within an inch of their life for this to happen

Can you give us an update on this Declan? How long have we been waiting now? Have you sent the money or are they just dicking you (and us) around? This is taking ages. we're going to have to change the title of this thread. I'm out of malt and don't want to buy anymore until I know what's happened with this order.

Sorry, I didn't get online yesterday.

Upon (FINALLY) speaking to a customer service rep on the phone yesterday myself and Brian have decided to pull the Farams order and do not intend on using them again for reasons I will happily discuss in the members area or via PM.

MASSIVE apologies for the huge delay in people getting their order.

We now have 3 options;

1) I will refund people their money
2) Fawcetts
3) Bairds

The Weyermann products will unfortunately not be ordered as Farams are sole distributer. (There may be an option of getting Weyermann from White Gypsy though, I think it was Taf who was in dialogue with Cuilan)

Again I cannot apologise enough for this.

The email he gave me bounced back, and he mentione that it wasn't his main one, so if someone else want's his mobile they can call him to re-establish contact, as I won't be going any further. PM for the number.
