Hello all. I'm Matthew from Belfast. I'm a member of a few other HB forums, but got lead here through the Hudson board. Got a fairly basic extract set up at the minute, and made a couple of kits to start with. Now getting gear together to have a go at maxi-biab.

(Hate these introduction threads, feel like I'm introducing myself at an aa meeting! But then again it would be rude not to...!)

Welcome aboard, Belfast seem to be catching up as the second best brew club on the island, still behind the mighty capital brewers! (But it'd be hard to compete on that level!)

Anyway, check out the Belfast forum to find out what's going on locally! And ask plenty questions in all of the forums! There is a lot of knowledge within our membership!
