I stumble across this place in the sig of someone on boards.

Started home brewing after seeing ginger beer been  made on river cottage
Made a good few wine kits and a few other bits since
Paid full membership there is there any brewers local to me?
As the only brewers I know are Tim tickle. Jim tom etc.

Was never in Fulham.   


Ginger beer. Mhhh...
Based on hugh fearnley-withinstalls method except I let it ferment out.  (except for a few litres I pull for the sweet tooth of my wife)

Made about 24 litres a few weeks ago
500g of peeled root ginger
3kg sugar
15 lemons juiced and zest
about 60ml of honey


Also have some elderflower champers bubbling away slowly in my hotpress
