Well folks,

I've just built an all grain brewing system and I'm looking to have a chat with someone who's got a bit of experience in small scale brewing. Mainly want to chat thru recipes, fermenting temps, etc.  be happy to show you guys the setup if your interested. Please drop me a mail if you can help...

Could I suggest you go back to the point that you posted your original question and read the responses that others took the trouble to give you in support of your query rather than hijacking threads and randomly repeating the same question across the entire forum

Read through the forum, paying special attention to the Equipment section.
All of your questions have been asked at some point.
Compare what you have got against what you see here.
