Guys,

In case you didn't know winning beer at the National Brewing Championships is being served at the RDS this weekend.

Cant Wait to taste it !

Ormeau Dark   5.9% ABV
This Oatmeal Stout is the winner of the All Ireland Homebrew Competition. The prize winning brewers were invited to the brewery and given the opportunity to brew the beer on a commercial scale. The result is a rich dark beer, slightly roasted with hints of caramel and a subtle smoky finish.

Rossa

It made the official programme I am told.

We need to get everyone in NHC colours over to the Trouble bar at some point for a photo anyway.

Also, is it going to be on cask or draught? We could print up something similar to go above the clip that advertises that it's an NHC winner etc.

Something similar to this...

Good idea. All we sound need is an old clip and we could stick the club logo onto our.
I was talking to Stephen last night and emailed Paul about the design so we will see what happens.

I've been tolds they will keep us up to date as to where the beer will be available and when.

Two kegs have been delivered to Galway, presumably to the cottage lads, so keep an eye there and if any pop up let us know and we can tweet etc.

EDIT: Fixed double quote problem. Il T.

I don't think they can nitrogenate, so it'll be carbed on keg? (Should have asked earlier)

Dark Arts is served on nitro in some places though.

Also would be nice of anyone on the stand to recommend people go to the Trouble bar and try the Ormeau Dark and send a bit of business their way.

Rossa

Paul  sent me this earlier. I sent him our logo so we will see how they will use it.
