Can any of you lads do that slanting lark?

I'm gonna try culture some pacman yeast from a bottle or 2 of dead guy ale. Can someone  do that slanting malarkey to share it out? I can bring the jar of yeast to the September meeting (providing I can culture it of course) but if that's any use

I got vials on Shiny's last conical group buy. I have everything I need except a suitable pressure cooker.

I did not know those vials we got from Shiny would hold up in a microwave.

My pacman yeast is just building up. Probably do a brew on Sunday with it and make slants off the yeast cake or even second generation. I presume it would be in peak condition by then.

20-30 not sure. I also have pipette and pump etc. I have agar and nutrient agar also. I had intended to yeast farm at one point before I took a hiatus due to err my hiatus hernia.
