Broken CO2 Reg and/or pigtail

I need as broken or unwanted CO2 reg, ideally with a pigtail (pigtail is a length of flexible hi-pressure line that allows the reg to fixed on the wall and the big nut at the end screws onto the CO2 bottle)

I really only need the pig tail or the fitting that couples onto the bottle.
