Where to get oil free raisins in quantity?

As in the title, does anyone know where to get raisins?

The added oil is my concern. Slicks aren't great on wine.

Sunmaid are supposed to be oil free.

If you get oily ones just steep in warm/hot water for a few mins, the oil will float to the surface, pour in more water and then the oil is washed "overboard", strain and use!

If making country wines the normal racking process will avoid any oil film floating on top. By normal I mean syphoning with a racking can so you only take the middle(bulk) of the wine. If you rack by pouring (as I tend to do) then you will get the top of the wine transfered over!

Sorry Eoin, Yes I did get it but don't know the answer.!

An isomer is the same chemical formula but with a different 3d structure!

So a simple example:

Propyl Alcohol (C3 H7 OH) has the functional (-OH) group at the end of the carbon chain, iso-propyl alcohol has the functional (-OH) group on the centre carbon atom.

[propyl = 3 carbon atoms]

I don't know how this applies to Hop Oils!
