Just as an off the wall suggestion, how about a Christmas booze-up in January? It worked well with the CAMRA group I used to be a member of in England - the pub was delighted to have punters drinking in their quietest month, and it meant that peeps working in the drinks trade would be able to attend. Thinking of CARA as well as myself here.

Not that it matters to me, as I'll be working all of the above dates, but just noticed that the Beoir boys are having their Xmas shindig on 13th - this might prevent some from attending e.g.  Saruman, Andrew.

My missus has a work do on the 13th - and there are some other work dos being organized here - so if the 19th getting tougher all the time

I am sure others are in the same boat.

If its ok with everyone - I'd like to propose a lightening round / final as it were - just the two days and see what happens
- hopefully we can break the tie - nothing to lose really.

I'll start a new poll with just the two days.

Maybe Im being presumptuous but I was kinda thinking it will be there by the 19th - and if its not we arent going to be able to organise anything later.

Its a great idea would like to see it happen

I might even have some goodies to give out (but I wouldnt dare let that influence the vote  )
