Another option - if genuinely - 11 people can make one and 11 can make the other - just have two events ?

But like yourself - I dont mind if more can make it other day.

Yeap two days - remember the lightening round from friends when the tied for the appartment -
I watched it again this week on you tube - doesnt age well that show.
