Automatically reduce the temp of my fridge over time

Ok my issue is that I have an stc-1000 on the fridge, but its a pain to have to go and adjust by 0.5 of a degree every day when I am doing a pils or lager, sometimes I away for a couple of days and it slows down my whole process.
Anyone even seen a device or mod that would allow me to reduce temp over time?

Some time in the future I will have made the "FridgeDuino" basically a fermenting/lagering/Coldchilling fridge time line controller that will run a time/temp profile over 6 or 8 weeks

So in the meantime my cider is just thrown outside for a few months to enjoy the climate massage effects that ONLY an Oirish winter can impart to embryonic cider

Ooh lots of wiring, happy to help source bits etc whatever's required but I ain't no electrical engineer

Yes deffo  a TOG project,one thing ask them about it before any of them have drink taken,its being my experience in the past that when asking an electrical enginering dude can they make something for me,they dont tink,they just say,"yeaah I can do dat".
