thx matthew

matthewdick23

its the recipe of dogfish 90 min with the hops of goose cos i couldnt get simcoe.

ive used that amount of grain before. i started my ag career with belgians- tripels, stronlg ales. used duvel and westmalle yeasts.

so, iv used that amount of grain before, but i obviously added sugar to those beers to boost the grav.  i spose i now realise im concerned about the efficiency of my MT- will that amount of grain really get me that grav in my system?!

i spose on brewday, I can adjust the hops to the grav that I actually get?

Ciderhead

Thats 3 times higher than my normal hop addition, holy moly!

just from their website.  my mt is a 40L (i think) coolbox. what bout u?
