Hi! Due to the lack of availability at the Hudson it might be best to push the meet back until February. I have already checked with the Hudson for availability so what suits everyone?

My missus says there's nothing more romantic than seeing me f**k off to a homebrewing club meet on Valentine's night.

But maybe we're just old-fashioned.

My argument for not buying flowers on Valentine's day is 'there's something wrong if I need some stupid made up date to jolt me into showing my appreciation of you'.

Her counter-argument is 'but you don't buy me flowers any other day of the year'.

[swap 'wife' for 'mother' and 'Valentine's Day' for 'Mother's Day'] Same scenario.

And if everyone's happy, as per Barry and Paddy's suggestion, we will run with doing a meet every 3rd Friday/Saturday in the month?

Think that's probably the best idea, taking into account National Holidays or whatever

Pretty much flat out every weekend this month so no preference.

However when a date is decided I will see if I can fit it in.

I don't mind Valentines day either
