Getting set up for draught stout and would appreciate some advice from draughtsmen. I havn't carbonated a keg stout before and am considering what's best. I was thinking of force carbing on CO2 then using  50:50 N2 CO2 for dispensing (as I don't have 75:25mix). Has anyone any experience of this? Alternatively, any idea what pressure would be needed to force carb on the nitrogen mix? I'm presuming it will be high but would be interested to hear what approach works best.
