Would love to try final product but 499$ for an equipment allowing to produce 1 bottle in 3-7 days is waaaaaayyyyy too expensive.

Eoin

You can't keep the wine, it comes out pre-aged....it'd be interesting to see what they're doing to get it to that stage.

Interesting if you have more money than sense....

This reaks of hangover to me

saw something similar yesterday somewhere.. But then a beer brewing machine.. put in all the ingredients and let the machine do the work. Only looked at the price and at 1600 euro its a bit expensive to brew some beers..

Oh found the link again Have to love the history option in youtube :)

If you can make soup then you will also be able to make a decent beer!

HomeBrewWest

Interesting. Only 266 views though, which is surprising given the profiles of some of the people featured.

I'd say its cool for recipe development for micros, but won't be a runner for homebrewers.

Or a True Batch Brew. We get a discount there too :D

lampie

I would love to do a true batch of beer but dont realy have the space to do it at home :(.. Have a 50 m2 two room apartment in a flat in the middle of the center so dont realy have the space :(

and sending the stuff to holland will cost a lot and its not realy worth it for me.. Will have to start a dutch brew club or find one :).. there is a dutch beer festival next month that I want to visit and have a taste and get to know some brewers. I missed one last weekend there was one nearby here but people always send a message when the party is over :S.
