European Beer Bloggers Conference Coming To Dublin

For any bloggers or budding bloggers or if you are only thinking of beer blogging the European Beer Bloggers Conference might be for you.

They were in touch and wanted to spread the good word about their upcoming event. All details are below. There are already a number of NHC members attending.


The European Beer Bloggers Conference (www.beerbloggersconference.org) will take place in Ireland for the first time this June 27-28. An estimated 80 bloggers and other influencers involved with social media in the beer industry are expected to attend, coming in from the UK, Continental Europe, and beyond.

The conference will take place at The Church, a bar, cafe, restaurant, and beer garden located in the heart of Dublin. Not only is The Church known for its craft beer, it has a basement level that will be reserved just for us. Plus, it actually was a church and hosted the marriage of Arthur Guinness in 1761!

Attendees will be welcomed to St James's Gate in Dublin for an evening of beer discovery, tasting and dinner. Here they will uncover the craft of making the Iconic Irish Stout, Guinness and Superior Irish Ale, Smithwicks. A second dinner is to be hosted by Franciscan Well Brewery, Blue Moon Brewing Company and Sharp's Brewery.

The conference includes sessions led by Irish Craft Brewers and other leaders in the industry. Discussion include topics such as Social Media Best Practices; Keg verses Cask verses Bottle verses Can; Videography; SEO and more.
