Hop cones from Eickelmann.de

Hello,

Has any of you bought hops from eickelmann.de (http://www.eickelmann.de/Hopfen-Shop/hop-humbles/)? Are they vacuum sealed so i can keep them for a resonable amount of time?
I didn't knew that they started selling cones too. The prices are very good, IMO, e.g. here i can buy Perle for almost the double of eickelmann's.
I have sent them an email with that question, but they don't reply very quicly.

On the site they say the following about how they will be delivered.

Fachmännische Verpackung zum Schutz der Hopfenpflanzen und unser anderen Produkte sowie eine zuverlässige Lieferung sind uns wichtig.
That translates to:
Professional packing to protect the hop plant and our other products, as a reliable delivery is important to us.

There is no more detail, but that would suggest the standard method of vacuum packing to me.

Or they refers to delivery packaging, so the products can arrive safe and in one pice at destination... I don't want to risk and buy something that isn't properly sealed (as i want to buy 500 grams packs).

Maybe somebody already bought hops from them and can help me out.

You are right, i found this picture on their facebook

I placed an order of 1 kg of hops. I will return with a little review when they will arrive.

I received the hops on march 24, but they sent me only 750 grams instead of 1 kg that i paid for... I have sent them an email about that mistake but until now they didn't replied.

Yes, before this "incident" with the wrong order i communicated with them in english. Last year i bought hop plant from them without any problem, asked them a copule of questions about the plants via email, and they did answered in english.

I forgot to mention, they aren't really vacuum sealed That, plus the fact that they sent my less hops than i paid for, make me thing twice about ordering from the "german pros". I still hope that they will reply to my email, just to say that they messed up the package, not to return my money...4 euros is not a big deal.

They replied back and told me that they will send me the remaining hops. It was a mistake. Anyway, it  took them 2 weeks to respond to a the mail.
