Place to stay in/near belfast city Centre for family with young kids

Anybody recommend a nice hotel in/near Belfast city Centre for family with young kids?

I was there recently and stayed in Etap (Ibis Hotel) right in the city, maybe 10 min. walk from the city center. It is a great hotel very new (they opened in august) and cheap.

Yeah the Premier Inn on Alfred Street would be good. Just round the corner from The Garrick too!

If you are looking to upgrade a bit you can't beat the Malmaison - used to stay there a lot with work and it's in the city and right near the train station too
