Keggle build and future proofing

Hi folks-
Hoping for a steer on getting my first BIAB Electric Keggle set-up on the go...I have a couple of good full size kegs perfect condition, relatively new, and an older keg, pulled from a river. I'm looking at drilling and attaching 2x argos value elments onto one of the newer kegs, and connecting up to a controller. From what I can gather, a PID is the way to go for this sort of set up, but would like confirmation of this for controlling a mash/boil. I understand that a SSD would be required here too.

Additionally, I might be interested in the potential of expanding to a three vessel set up eventually to make use of all the kegs- are there any do's and don'ts with regards the initial keg to make this achieveable in the future?

Finally, I'm lucky enough to have got my hands on three corny's and a rake of CO2 & mixed gases, a handful of regulators, and a tap. Once I get a freezer, I think the STC1000 would be sufficient for temp control here- I assume theres no chance of buying a controller that would control the keggle mash/boil on a brewday, and be suitable for longterm switching of the Keezer too?

Any advice about Irish keggle building would be welcome! Thanks in advance.
