National Homebrew week: Galway Brewday

i just harvested a kilo of nugget hops  - 1.5 kg on it , I will bring some , hope ye have enough head space in your boiler

Howye lads, I attended the home brew day in the cottage, great crack! learned a lot. I'm a total amateur at this stuff and looking to educateing myself further I cant believe the quality of the stuff ye are brewing.. inspirational stuff!. I have a load of basic brew gear from years ago but gave up because I never made anything decent..I kept making a balls of it somehow and always used basic kits. I bought my first extract kit this week (brewpacks Irish Stout) hopeing its going to change my luck with brewing . Looking forward to joining the club. If anyone is brewing an extract or all grain batch some weekend and wouldnt mind letting an amateur like me watch and learn I'd really appreciate it.

Welcome - ipa fest is on next Saturday from 12 on I think in boat club , pop down there will be more homebrew on tap there all going well
