I opened a vacuum packed bag of Nelson Sauvin pellets today and used 100g for a dry hop. I don't plan on brewing again until 2015, by which point I'd imagine all freshness will have disappeared....even if I freeze them. There's 100g left and I'm happy to swap them for a bottle of two of your best ale. Must collect in Dublin.

Where are you Dark Horse? If somebody near by has a vacuum packers they could sort you out. I am in Blackrock & have a vac packers.
