Hi All

Anyone wired one of these before.  Need to know live, neutral and earth.
I purchased two elements on ebay, they arrived without wiring diagrams.  I sent a mail to the seller but  I imagine it may take a bit for them to come back to me.

This is the chappy here:
http://www.ebay.ie/itm/Universal-2750Watt-230V-Kettle-Bain-Marie-Heating-Element-Kettle-Connector-/310759398910?pt=UK_Homes_Garden_Kitchen_Kettles&hash=item485ab41dfe

I am putting them in a plastic bucket to test.  I will be putting them into a keggle but I am not sure how to ground them, my friend is an electrician but he is away for the next few weeks.

Any help would be most appreciated, thanks

Pictures attached.

Darren its hard to see but when you open up the plug it does have the live, neutral and ground stamped on it.

Hi armedcor

Are you talking about the female connector in the attached picture ?
There is nothing on mine, been over it a few times now and my eyes can't see any stamp to indicate live neutral or earth.

How did you wire yours up ?

I will keep you posted on the grounding of these elements when I get in contact with the electrician, I will post a few pics here.

Thanks

As you look at the element earth in centre (flat pin) live right and nuetral left
