Late Tuesday night/Wednesday morning  i ordered 25kg pale malt and some yeast from HBC and DPD just dropped it off. I have never got an order that fast from anyone before so well done HBC. Feck it now i have to brew at the weekend

And ordered. Dropped about €300 even with the discount, but oh so much grain, not to mention a mill that I keep promising myself! Don't think I'll need to put in another order for about a year now.

An interesting point for the suppliers here though is I was comparing prices, but others showed a lot of items out of stock, so they lose out on orders. Instead of splitting my order, I just got everything in the one place as a result.

If you have an online presence, you have to keep your store front updated or you'll lose a lot of potential customers. That, coupled with an offer like this and fast shipping means a lot.

Yup, also I had a problem with my order and sent in an email. Response within 5 minutes and problem sorted within 10. I have a hard time bringing myself to order from anywhere else if the standard of service stays at that level.
