Pre-Xmas pint?

In lieu of a December homebrew meet or a brewday Barry has suggested a pre-Xmas pint.

What would everyone be up for? Midweek or weekend?

In the interests of putting a date out there what about Thursday 18th?

I'd prefer a week night given next weekend is black eye Friday. Can't do the 18th, however. Out on work team Xmas dinner.

Yeah man - I'd thought the same. Used to always go out that last Friday before Christmas, now I can't imagine anything worse!

Suppose you'd prefer to sit at home by the fireside, with a wee glass of sherry to hand, discussing soft furnishings, or voiles or whatever!

I'm up for a pre-christmas pint or two. Just tell me where. Just tell me when.

Then I'll ask the good lady if I can go out to play.

Yeah cool! What does everyone think? We're sort of running out of days! Better to postpone until the January meet?

Hah! Yeah; as long as there's none of that ould loud pop music, I'm easy.

Anyone have a day suits them? I guess a post-work pop doesn't really suit the out of towners. The traffic coming into town these evenings doesn't really suit the out-of-towners either.

I could do a sneaky teatime pint most evenings bar Thursday and Friday.
