As far as i was aware the same rules applied to both sections but if not my bad sorry 

Edit: Actually scratch that i would nearly lay odds it is any and all sales need to be transparent and as such whatever section they are in makes no matter,if what you say is true Shane then everybody would be doing the sales in here through pm i would think no ?
