General Certificate in Distilling in May, Cork

I've signed up for a taste4success.ie "General Certificate in Distilling", apparently they're looking to run a course in Cork in May if they can get the numbers. It runs for a week.
So if anyone's interested email them so we can make the course happen (apparently they're tossing up between Cork and Tullamore). They do free Jobseekers places too.

I applied for this and heard nothing back, so i rang the office and the lady a recption said that the places are automatically reserved for their partner companies and businesses. Or something like that, and if the places dont fill out by them then i have a chance of gettin a place.

Just got an email about this, they're offering me a place but it's being held in Tullamore (at the Tullamore Dew Distillery from Monday 25th to Friday 29th May) instead of here in Cork so I'm not going to be able to attend as I don't drive/won't be able to arrange babysitting for the duration.

Thats a shame It was actually general certificate in brewing that i applied for! I read ur post wrong but anyway im doing an introduction to brewing, distilling and pasteurisation tomorrow in waterford. I think the general cert in brewing is gonna be taking place in waterford aswell, thats 18th - 22nd of may.
