I use a 19L/ 32cm Pot on it. There's enough of the pot base on the plate for it to function. For BIAB method I used on Friday, 14.5L of wort from Mash to Boil in a little over 15 minutes (insulated pot). The good thing about this specific plate is the power is set by a knob from off-full power; so I had a timer set for the plate to turn on long enough to reach mash-in temp for when I arrived home from work. Most induction plates seem to switch on to a menu screen which is no good to pre set a mash temp easily.

I take it you're doing mini-batches?  Where did you get the induction-ready pot from at all?

I use a 36L pot on mine. Been using one for about 3yr now. No complaints.

I use a 10 gallon ss brewtech kettle on that induction hob with full boils. Works a treat.

I picked my induction pot up on amazon. It's worth getting a pot with good induction properties; otherwise you may not get the full heating benefit from the Induction plate.

I've the 20 gal of the SS kettle but usually only boil 35Lish in it. Might pick one up. Probably need something to balance it though

Yea I wouldn't be confident with the 20G. I'd definitely want some kinda frame around it. I forgot to mention I have a reflectix jacket on mine as well.

Any recommendations on buying online? Or is there a recognised standard for induction pots?

I bought this exact fridge two weeks ago on adverts - it fits 3 cornys, you will just need to saw off some for the door shelving. Loads of room for bottles then at the top.
