Old grain

I know this question is a bit general but how old is too old for grain.  I have an all grain mash recipe about 6 months now.  It's a pilsner recipe,  not sure if I should just chuck it or give it a try.  The hops look dried out but I have fresh vac packed hops in the fridge good to go to replace those.

Go for it but use the fresher hops. :)
