I suggest punching this into Beersmith and tweaking.
For me, for an English IPA, the OG and colour is a tad low, IBUs too high.

johnrm

Look below for the 200l batch.
Sam will cover the Pale Ale and Yeast.
I have the Munich and Caramunich II (It will do)

Also needed...
200g Cascade
300g Columbus (or any CTZ or Chinook)
300g Fuggles (or Willamette)
I will check tomorrow to see what I have hop-wise

I'll be putting in my order to the hbc for my yeast tomorrow so I can get some stuff If we don't have enough.  I have 100g leaf of cascade and 100g of willamette pellets.

Recipe looks nice, I'm just dry Hopping my own English ipa as well.

LordEoin

i have 50g cascade pellet. only opened last week

johnrm

I have the hops too.
Only 200g/300g Columbus, substitute Marynka

johnrm

Marynka for the Bittering addition will be fine.

krockett

Are we ok so or do we need to buy more? I will chip in or can order some if necessary.

Taf

I probably have a few spare corneys if anyone is interested? €40.

johnrm

I think we're ok for ingredients, thanks lads.

mr hoppy

I don't know how it works at 200 litres but I know that Phil from Mountainy Man said you have to be careful when scaling up home brew recipes because hop utilisation is better on bigger systems. Might be worth checking with Sam?

johnrm

I texted Sam.
As I understand, there is no one rule, so aim for hoppy and pull back 10%
