NHC BJCP course 2016

I'm not against streaming, im just not in a position to do it.

...which is genuinely fair enough, but frustrating for those of us who might be able to tag along if based in dublin but don't have the time, resources or numbers to recreate elsewhere.

On a more positive note what about an open brewneversity version, where people might get scripts / recordings for personal study?

All it takes is a self starter to replicate the course at another location.
Right now there are 3 Cork-ites on the list. Would you run a Cork leg? Could we get more bodies?

I think I'd need to successfully complete the course and exam before running the course.

I'll talk to andrew about the off tasting, but that might be the date with which is most popular, as its very important.

Anyways - if you are interested, please complete the poll (first post updated as well)

Our class size is limited to about 16. The class price will probably be about 13 euro

Anyways - my primary concern is to nail down the dates, and co-ordinate the speakers / helpers ASAP. Clock is ticking and all that.

We are all full now, thanks for updating the poll, - lots of interest.

We will announce the venue and the classes next week. The first class looking like the 6th August.

The good news is- we may have the BrewDock sorted, thanks to Andrew and Rossa for all the work

We just need to make sure we can get it open in time and get the beer delivered there...
There is also a conflict with the capital competition, as they say - it could be a opportunity

I'll post the class dates and venue next week, once thats posted - I'll contact all the poll participants via email and we need people to pay and commit ASAP.

The class cost is looking like 15 euro per class. There is a lot of stuff the tutors are organising in the background - suffice to say - you will get EXCELLENT value on your class fees.
