I made it from bits and pieces of 40x40 aluminium profile which I rescued from a skip. The profile is very handy to work with just cut to length making sure the cuts are square and drill a hole for the fittings, there are special fittings to tie everything together. I keep the frame and keg up stairs in the spare bedroom and can easily bring the frame down by myself (going back up is tougher going but can manage it). The width is made to just fit through the doors. Keep meaning to fit some wheel it it to make it even handier.
